Springfield Construction formerly
Moore Construction has been in the
construction business for twenty-two years. We started out
in remodeling, additions, commercial work, concrete and
stonework. We started in 1986 building our own rental housing,
Springfield Apartments and the Springfield Lodge. These include
one and two bedroom units, and four one bedroom fully
furnished waterfront suites.
We have been building new homes for the past six years and
have established good references with our previous clients. We
enjoy taking something old and designing something new by
remodeling and adding on to your existing home. Our goal is to
make your experience one that you will want to do whether it is
new construction or remodeling. Springfield Construction is a
Class A licensed builder member and board member of The
Lake Country Builder Association, State and National as well. We
work mainly in Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas.
I recently formed Springfield Properties Inc; our goal through
this company is mainly to develop properties. We currently have a
project underway in Clarksville VA. The Springfield Place
Community. This will be the area's first community of its kind. I
am very proud of it and feel it is greatly needed.
